Value is built into our rates.  Our published rates are determined by evaluating the requirements of providing our excellent service to our customers. We consider every aspect of our business in calculating our rates to be able to provide the best inspection service available.  When evaluating competing rates it is important to consider  other company's rate  offers with regard to their education, training, meaningful professional associations and their ability to provide comparable services.

Our Rates are Listed Below:

Condo w/HOA* - up to 1,200 sq. ft.                                          $ 315  +
Add $.05 per Square Foot above 1,200 sq. ft.

Residential Dwellings*
Base inspection Fee Up    to 1,500 sq. ft.                             $ 335  +
Add $.05 per Square Foot above 1,500 sq. ft.  
Duplexes* 
Base Inspection Fee Up to 2,000  sq. ft.                               $ 450   +
Add $.05 per Square Foot above 2,000 sq. ft.

Please Note:  Payment is due when services are rendered. Accounts that are overdue 30 days or more are subject to finance charges and collections proceedings. Escrow billing is available for an additional fee but does not relieve client's responsibility for payment if the escrow does not close.  Requests for Escrow billing  must be secured by Visa or Master Card.
